These spice mixes are a real God send in our home as our daughter is currently on a FODMAP diet and gluten and dairy intolerant. She was finding food boring and dissatisfying which is not good for à 21 year old. The Friendly Food spices are our "go to" spices in our kitchen. We always have them handy and use them nearly every day. "For Every O'Cajun" is my favourite! It goes well on baked veggies and rubbed into meat before cooking, while my wife's favourite is the Nacho Problem. Honestly, they are all great!, They are also easy on the gut if guests coming for dinner might have ibs.

These spice mixes are so good. My favourite is the butter chicken, we make it probably once a fortnight! And its so easy to make dairy free, which is awesome because its really hard to enjoy butter chicken when lactose intolerant. We have it with fresh cucumber and home made naan. Huge recommend (even if youre not DF or low fodmap) because theyre so full of flavour and easy to customise. All the mixes are really versatile and I’m so happy to have discovered this brand

Delicious spice mixes! My favourite is: for every o-Cajun. Great for people with ibs that are on a low fodmap diet, but also great for others, it tastes so much like regular spices it’s great!

I had received a sample in a ‘goody’ bag at a Health and Wellness workshop. My husband - my personal chef, followed the ‘Butter Me Up’ recipe and oh my gosh what an amazing chicken dish to make our taste buds excited! Within days we had ordered more of this delectable spice mix!!! Healthy and delish. The second time we created butter me up we added heaps of vegetables to make a meat free variation. We are SOLD on this product.
