What can you expect from our Online IBS Course?
Our online IBS course is a fully comprehensive online program for anyone wanting to claim their life back from IBS. So what exactly is this course and what can you expect from it?
Why did we develop an online course for IBS?
We know that access to managing your IBS can be hard to come by and expensive. You’ll often spend months on a waitlist to see a public health dietitian, and private dietitians can put a decent dent on the credit card.
Research shows that approximately 75% of people with IBS respond well to a low FODMAP diet, with significant improvements in symptoms such as reduced bloating and abdominal pain, and normalised bowel motions. From our experience in working with clients, we have found similar results. So, whilst we recognise every individual has their own story, the management of the condition remains more or less the same through the application of the low FODMAP diet.
For these reasons we wanted to create a cost effective, reliable and trustworthy way to support individuals manage their IBS. This course does just that!
