What can you expect from our IBS Program?
Our IBS Program is a fully comprehensive online program for anyone wanting to claim their life back from IBS.
Why did we develop an online program for IBS?
We know that support and education for IBS management can be hard to come by and expensive. You’ll often spend months on a waitlist to see a public health dietitian, and private dietitians can put a decent dent on the credit card.
Research shows that approximately 75% of people with IBS respond well to a low FODMAP diet, with significant improvements in symptoms such as reduced bloating and abdominal pain, and normalised bowel motions. From our experience in working with clients, we have found similar results. So, whilst we recognise every individual has their own story, the management of the condition remains more or less the same through the application of the low FODMAP diet.
For these reasons we wanted to create a cost effective, reliable and trustworthy way to support individuals manage their IBS. This program does just that!

You may also benefit from this course if you experience symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, loose bowel motions or constipation.
